This website, yukifx.org, is run by YUKI FX. YUKI FX shares forex trading signals and daily results through Telegram. You can reach us on Telegram at @yukifxhelpdesk.
What this website collects
You don't need an account to use this website, and there are no forms on it. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number here.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. This is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Visit statistics. We may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. These tools do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
- Button clicks. When you click a button such as Join Telegram or Message Us, the site may record that the button was clicked, without any personal details.
The website itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
When you contact us or claim access
If you message us on Telegram to unlock Premium or VIP, you choose to send us details such as your name and proof of payment. We use these only to confirm your payment and give you access to our Telegram groups. That conversation takes place on Telegram and is also covered by Telegram's privacy policy.
Other services we link to
This website links to Telegram and TikTok, and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Results are read from a Google Sheet. When you use these services, their own privacy policies apply. If you open a trading account with a broker, your account and the money in it are held by that broker, not by YUKI FX, and the broker handles your personal data under its own policy.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We don't share the details you send us with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep details you send us only for as long as we need them to manage your access, or as required by law. Hosting and analytics providers keep technical logs for their own limited periods.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by messaging @yukifxhelpdesk on Telegram. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
