1. About these terms
By using yukifx.org or joining the YUKI FX Telegram channels, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
2. Not financial advice
Everything YUKI FX shares, including signals, analysis, coaching, results, trading bots and indicators, is for general information and education only. It is not financial, investment or tax advice, and it does not take your personal situation into account. You decide whether to place any trade, and you are responsible for the outcome.
3. Trading risk
Trading forex and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for you. Leverage can work against you, and you can lose some or all of the money you deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. If you're unsure, speak to an independent financial adviser.
4. Results shown on this website
Results on this website are recorded and posted by YUKI FX and measured in pips. Your own results will differ because of your broker, account size, timing and risk settings. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Screenshots on the Testimonials page were shared by members, show their own accounts, may not show every trade they took, and are not typical or guaranteed.
5. Brokers
You trade with a broker of your own choice. If we ever recommend a broker, we may be rewarded by that broker for clients it introduces, and we will say so. Brokers are separate companies with their own terms. YUKI FX does not hold, manage or have access to your funds; your account is held directly with the broker. Any dispute about your trading account, deposits or withdrawals is between you and your broker.
6. Premium and VIP access
Premium and VIP are a one-time payment to YUKI FX ($300 for Premium, $1,000 for VIP) for lifetime access to the matching Telegram groups, for as long as YUKI FX runs them. There is no subscription. Access is given after we confirm your payment. We may change what each tier includes, or remove access if these terms are broken.
7. Using the channels
Don't copy, resell or republish our signals or paid content without permission, and don't use the channels to spam, harass or mislead other members.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, YUKI FX is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or other losses that come from using our website, signals or channels, or from relying on any information we share. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website or channels after a change means you accept the updated terms.
